October 2022 – Greening action in the biggest parks in the municipality of Buzău

Event development / Desfășurarea evenimentului:
We made a list of the things we need: garbage bags, gloves, masks, disinfectant, plastic boots. We discussed the promotion of the event and decided to announce it through a post on Instagram, then stick posters on notice boards in the city and in schools that allowed us to do so.
On Sunday, October 9, 2022, we gathered in Crâng park for a greening action. After the organizers and registered people have divided into groups equally and they each chose an area, collected waste from Crâng park for about 3 hours.
At the end of the activity, the team gathered in front of the Obelisk (the attraction of the park) to share the beautiful and funny moments spent with their team.
Results:
– we made Crâng park a more welcoming and cleaner place
– I provided a positive example to the other participants regarding responsibility towards the environment
– during the activity we spread the concept of robotics and what participating in the FTC competition means for us, encouraging the children to sign up for such activities in the future.
Am făcut o listă cu lucrurile de care avem nevoie: saci de gunoi, mănuși, măști, dezinfectant, bocanci de plastic. Am discutat despre promovarea evenimentului și am stabilit să îl anunțăm printr-o postare pe Instagram, urmând să lipim afișe pe avizierele din oraș și în școlile care ne-au permis acest lucru.
În ziua de duminică, 9 octombrie 2022, ne-am adunat în parcul Crâng la o acțiune de ecologizare. După ce organizatorii și persoanele înscrise s-au împărțit pe grupe în mod egal și și-au ales fiecare o zonă, au strâns deșeurile din parcul Crâng timp de aproximativ 3 ore.
La finalul activității, echipa s-a strâns în fața Obeliscului (punctul de atracție al parcului), pentru a împărtăși momentele frumoase și amuzante petrecute alături de echipa lor.
Rezultate:
– am făcut ca parcul Crâng să devină un loc mai primitor și mai curat;
– am oferit un exemplu pozitiv celorlalți participanți cu privire la responsabilitatea față de mediu;
– în timpul activității am răspândit conceptul de robotică și ce înseamnă pentru noi participarea în cadrul concursului FTC, încurajându-i pe copii să se înscrie și ei pe viitor la astfel de activități.
